James and Linda Brent founded the Brent Team, of Realty Awareness in San Diego, California. James had been working as a “house-flipper”--rehabbing for quick turn over in profit in Los Angeles for over ten years; Linda was in marketing for twenty years and a property manager for investment units. After their marriage and both working in real estate for many years, they each obtained their brokers licenses. Then started Realty Awareness to create a brokerage firm that would be better, faster in making decisions for their clients (less corporate structure), and cheaper than larger firms. For example, most large firm charge 6% fees, they charge 4.5% total fee which is a $4500 SAVING in fees on a $300,000 condo price!
Immediately, the Brent Team discovered ways to save money and give FULL-SERVICE to their clients. Their expertise in sales, marketing the traditional way and with the Internet, home pricing analyzing, plus understanding the up-to-date knowledge in Real Estate allows them to provide you with the identical sales transaction that you would receive from a large company. Right away, the Brent Team was welcomed to the forefront of real estate marketing innovation and service for their clients. All the transactions are viewed on a secure website and the final paperwork is presented on CD at the close of escrow for easy review and handling. Plus, they handle transactions for their clients by selling their property ANYWHERE in California Need to sell in Los Angeles, buy/sell in San Diego, buy in Orange County, or need assisting in the moving out of the state, the Brent Team is handling the details. Being brokers gives them the flexibly to be there for their clients no matter where their clients’ property is located.
