Based in North San Diego, California, the Brent Team, of Realty Awareness handles all of San Diego, California real estate territory. We provide our services and research knowledge to buyers and sellers, investors, and valuation products to the financial services industry, such as, Broker Price Opinion (BPO) value of homes in the process of short sale, foreclosure or refinance.
We are both Real Estate Brokers/Realtor®--We offer FULL-SERVICE, and believe in an educational base assistance to our buyers and sellers so that they may make accurate and informed decisions. The state of the economy and its effect on the real estate market is not something to fear, but rather presents an opportune time to acquire or sell real estate to those who are prepared. You need a realtor with experience, creativity, and the knowledge to guide you through the current market.
Our resources are equal to that of a large corporation. We are members of the Multiple Listing Service, the California Association of Realtors, and the local Board of Realtors. And we are “REALTORS,” a member of the National Association of REALTORS ®.
Our background, James began investing in real estate in the early 1990's rehabbing and reselling properties in Los Angeles. As an investor, he learned that you make your money at the buy, not at the disposition of the asset. Linda came from marketing and property manager for investment units in Orange County. After their marriage, moving to San Diego, and both working in real estate for many years, they each obtained their brokers licenses, then started Realty Awareness.
The Brent Team knows San Diego and enjoy many of the same activities that attract so many to southern California. James is an avid surfer along Carlsbad shoreline, and both Linda and James enjoy mountain bike riding in the local trails and taking along their company mascot, Skippy, the rat terrier, or better know as the Brokers’ assistance.
